Description:
“T.Data” is AT&T program name for using predictive models in combination with scoring and
recommendation engines to drive automated next best offers driving additional advertising based
revenues for AT&T. The T.DATA architecture functions across multiple interaction channels
enabling the delivery of intelligent offer recommendations based on real-time subscriber behavior
and populating inventory spaces in internal AT&T “Consumption Engines” or “CE with
personalized offer content. AT&T is using IBM “Streams” as the continuous stream processing

(CEP – complex event processing) engine for T.Data runtime scoring and recommendations.
The SDP as a part of the T.Data platform implements the following key functions:
An integration platform aspect implemented using HP Service Orchestration Manager
(SOM): Wires CE specific APIs with specific connectors to T.Data systems such as
the IBM Streams and Mongo DB Content Repository.
A secure exposure aspect (implemented using HP Service Governance Framework
(SGF):Governs and manages the on boarding of new CEs and for authentication,
authorizing access to the integration platform implemented APIs
