Key Findings of the 2019 SIGMA Monitoring Report in the area of
Public Service and Human Resource Management

The event will bring together high-level representatives and officials from various Government bodies and civil society
organisations, as well as representatives from the European Commission and the EU Delegation to discuss the current
challenges and priorities in the area of public service delivery as part of Public Administration Reform implementation in Serbia.

* Interactive discussion rounds will focus on the way forward in continuing improvement of public service and
human resource management in Serbia, stimulating peer-to-peer exchange and paving the way for finding
common ground in the key topics to focus on. The participants will work together in smaller round tables, guided
by the moderator.
The working languages of the event will be English and Serbian. Simultaneous interpretation between these two
languages will be provided.
