This document discusses a joint initiative between the OECD and EU to establish Digital Transformation Academies for countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The initiative is principally financed by the EU. It provides biographies for two people, Taavi Linnamäe and Liina Notta, who have extensive experience in digital transformation and Estonia's development as a digital society. The agenda outlines plans over the next few days, including entering Estonia to learn about its digital services and societal empowerment through technology.

Taavi Linnamäe
• 20+ of experience in devising, executing and fascilitating large-scale policy reforms in
public sector.
• Acknowledged professional in strategic management, strategic communication,
government relations, digital transformation, digital skills development, marketing &
brand development.
• In 2016-2021 served as a strategic advisor to the President of the Republic of Estonia H.E
Kersti Kaljulaid, being for 5 years at the forefront of business diplomacy, international
relations, and multilateral cooperation.
• Spearheading President Kaljulaid Foundation as CEO which is think-tank to promote
democracy, human rights, rule of law, freedoms and digital leadership around the world.
• Has delivered advice, workshops and talks to digital government leaders and
practitioners globally.
