4. STRATEGY AND POLICY PRIORITIES
• Improvement of the public procurement system
through a constant monitoring and
implementation of necessary regulatory changes;
• Strengthening the access to public finances;
• Increasing transparency, efficiency and enhancing
the information flow;
• Keeping up with the current trends (green
procurements, socially responsible procurements,
innovative procurements, electronic
procurements, support to SMEs, etc.);
• Further development of human resources
involved in public procurement; 3

5. Conclusion
Citizens expect a fair return of their taxes in a
form of high-quality public services.
A lot can be achieved by working together
and inspiring each other.
