1. Highlight (1st color) all the skills you are
100% on. (No training ~ refresher ~ or a
skill that you’ve had some experience in)
2. Highlight (2nd color) all the skills you have
some knowledge of. These are the skills
that some skill training or refresher
training would bring you up to 100%
