•In 2015 komen we 500.000 hoger geschoolde medewerkers te kort op de
arbeidsmarkt
•Het huidige politieke segment schrikt toptalenten af om naar Nederland te
komen om te sturen. Onze status als topopleider zijn we aan het verliezen.
•Internationalisering zou een oplossing zijn voor de tekorten, echt door
politiek segment geen mogelijkheid.
•Vreemd genoeg praten we over schaarsten en tekorten bij niche
specialisten, terwijl dagelijks honderden mensen ontslagen worden.
Kenmerken/ Trends
Werknemers :
•Het merk ‘ik’ wordt steeds belangrijker
• Social media is een referentie plaats, een extra recruitment tool
•In de afgelopen 3 jaar gebruiken werkzoekenden slechts 10% van alle
mogelijkheden om een nieuwe baan te vinden
•Mensen vertrouwen erop dat Google alle info geeft en stoppen daarna
direct met verder zoeken
•De werkzoekende stellen zich afwachtend op, ze gaan er van uit dat de
recruiters hun toch wel vinden
•Flexibilisering van de arbeidsmarkt (‘Het Nieuwe Werken’)
•Veranderingen op de arbeidsmarkt:
•Recruiters zijn net zo makkelijk vindbaar als hun werkgever
•Pro actief is de manier van werken
