You might be surprised to learn that most successful real estate investing companies,
whether giants or tiny mom-and-pop operations, have a Short-Sale Negotiation
Manager. Why is that, you ask? Because, dear reader, they’re critical to the success of

A good Short-Sale Negotiation Manager will have between 20 and 30 properties in their
active file. This can quickly translate into the sale of up to half a dozen or so properties
every month. Meaning annual sales of just short-sales could easily hit the million-dollar

on your behalf in order to get you, the owner of the investment company, the best
deal possible.
2. Communicating – They must be in continual contact with the bank, the homeowner,
the selling agent, the buying agent, the rehab manager, and even you in order to

3. Coordinating – They handle coordinating the closing. Once the offer gets approved
they deal with the title company to do the title work and set a closing date. They also
must coordinate all the paperwork for the short-sale, which gets submitted to the
bank.

world of real estate investing. They are knowledgeable, intelligent negotiators who know
how to put a short-sale deal together and can generate a million of dollars, or more, of
sales for your company year in and year out.
