•Automatic Number Plat Recognition (ANPR) and Vehicle Emission Measurement System (VEMS) are powerful tools for reducing uncertainty in Emissions.
•Future Emission Estimates Heavily Reliant On “Expected Performance” of New Euro VI Standard – Uncertainty!
