The meetings will take place in diverse locations, please check the event schedule or
SSCG website for more information. The venue and travel information to be provided
in due course closer to the date with all administrative arrangements.
Where will I stay?
If you need support with hotel booking information, please inform SSCG team upon
confirmation of your registration. Alternatively, you can arrange your own
accommodation at your convenient.
What does registration fee include?
The registration fee includes access to all aspects of the conference such as
materials, refreshment drinks, luncheon and networking drinks.
How and when do I need to register?

request a Registration Form at events@s-scg.com. We recommend early registration
in order to benefit from our early registration discount and due to limited tickets.
Do I need a visa?
Please check with your closest embassy or consulate if you are travelling from a
different country regarding your visa requirements. SSCG can issue a Letter of
Invitation (L.O.I) after you have completed your registration.
