Step by Step Process
• Step 1: You make a successful sale of one of our software.
• Step 2: Our Payment Partner calls the customer and verifies the payment.
• Step 3: Our Quality team calls the customer and verifies the sale.
• Step 4: Our Educator calls the customer and explains the functions of our software and
provides our contact details to the customer.
• Step 5: Your sale is confirmed.
Please Note:
• * Under any circumstances, you are not allowed to record any customer data. You are also
not allowed to contact the customer for resale or up sale.
• * A customer can cancel the order till 30 days from the date of payment.
• * You should maintain the quality aspect of the sale throughout the contract period.
• * Our Invigilator might visit your premises any time during the Process Working Time.

• The Same process is also available as Inbound.
• Inbound calls are charged @ $ 18.00 per call and minimum daily call purchase has to be more
than 75.
• Licence fee for Inbound is Rs. 15000 per seat and minimum no. of seat is 15.
