2. Human Resource Management
Recruitment:

*Posting loan/advance in payroll software while salary process before sheet finalization.
* Segregation of salary department wise and sending it to Accounts before get sheet sanctioned
PMS
* Complete responsible for Annual and Mid Year Appraisal System for staff ,trainee and contract
workers.
* KRA Setting of employee with the coordination of departmental heads.
* Getting employee involved in their individual appraisal process.
* Final calculation of employee rating by self appraise, immediate supervisor,HR and Management.
