AMIGO’S Food Truck is a progressive manufacturing company
specializing in the custom manufacturing of Food Trucks
and Concession Trailers.
Located in Meerut, UP, We have easy access to the Capital
and NCR region which allows for easy shipping or customer
pick up from all over India.
Over the successive months, we have always been driven to
be one of the elite manufacturers in the industry. With
constant attention to details and improvements on our
products as well as listening to our customer’s feedback,
we believe we have made our mark but still strive to
improve on each unit that leaves our shop.
All fabrication is done in-house with the highest quality of
materials. There is no wood used in the manufacturing of
Apollo products with the exception of sub floors which are
completely covered and sealed from moisture.
We have licensed gas fitters, electricians and fire safety
companies on contract. All electrical and gas work is
inspected and approved by the authority.
Amigo works in a 2000 sq.ft. Manufacturing facility with 6-8
employees.
It is our goal at Amigo’s Custom Manufacturing to continue to
offer the highest quality of workmanship and service to our
customers. We are always open to any ideas that my
improve our product for the end user.

12. Amigo’s handles all your shipping needs through our local
logistics and brokerage companies and we are able to ship
anywhere in the India.
We set up all the shipping for you and you pay the logistics
company directly for the shipping costs. This will save you
money. You will deal directly with the shipping company to
track your order.
And even though it is rare, you will deal direct with any damages
that may occur while in transit. It is the responsibility of you,
the customer, to inspect your unit upon arrival and report any
damages immediately to the shipping company, the carrier
and Amigo’s. Please record any damages in writing as well as
by photo.
Amigos will deal with all the customs clearances and brokerage
so there is no worry about your order crossing the border.
Amigo will not insure any damage thought transit.

13.  Amigo Food Trucks carries a NON-TRANSFERABLE LIMITED WARRANTY on all its
products for one year from date of completion of the unit whether it is a
truck, trailer or cart.
 During the warranty period, if a part should fail due to defect, it will be
repaired or replaced free of charge once authorization has been given.
 Warranty on all equipment is covered by the specific manufacturer or
supplier.
 All workmanship and equipment manufactured by Amigo is covered directly
by Amigo.
 If warranty repairs are required on a specific part or any workmanship, Amigo
is to be notified of the problem and, upon authorization, the unit or part can
be brought to Amigo or fabrication facility depending on repair required.
 All work or replacement parts must be authorized by Amigo prior to
proceeding.
 Any shipping expense of replacement parts, either from Amigo or shipping
back to Amigo, are paid by the unit owner.
 Other types of damage but not limited to misuse or abuse are not covered
under the warranty of Amigo.
 Amigo Food Trucks cannot be held responsible for any loss of business which
may occur due to any part of equipment failure.

All electrical upon completion is inspected and approved by Engineer upon
Testing.
Propane
Permits are pulled for equipment
Once equipment is installed, a secondary inspection is performed and the
Trailer/Truck/Van is permitted.
Fire Suppression (if required)
Build Specs:
Floor is covered in 1/8” aluminum checker plate in traffic area and commercial
grade vinyl under counters & equipment
Walls and ceiling are covered in a high heat insulation
Ceiling is covered with a powder-coated white aluminum
Walls are covered in quilted stainless steel
Water tanks are potable water approved Amigo
All water lines, taps, fittings, water pumps are Amigo
All counter frames are powder-coated steel and counter surfaces are stainless
steel
All counters and equipment are closed at bottom with kick plates and sealed.
All equipment is certified.



Strip van of unwanted shelving & cabinets (within reason)
Rough layout of equipment and counter locations to determine location of cut-outs for
service window, roof vents, other required vents
Framing of walls & roof with 1” square aluminum tubing after vent holes are cut out
Lay down tongue & groove plywood sub-floor.
1/8” aluminum checker plate is laid in traffic area and all edges and seams are sealed
Insulate walls & ceiling with 1” high heat insulation board
Ceiling is skinned with white powder coated aluminum sheet
Working side wall are skinned with 304 #4 quilted stainless steel
Fabricate service counter to suit
Fabricate and install aluminum service window complete with gas spring lifters and interior
latches
Install fluorescent lighting on roof as required

Install power panel c/w breakers and outlets as required and as layout will allow
1 year parts & labour on all work performed by Amigo Custom Manufacturing.
Amigo does not carry any warranties on trucks supplied by the customer or on trucks
sourced by AMIGO.

All prices listed are subject to change without notice.
Any extra work performed after original quote has been accepted will be charged out at
hour plus materials.

20.  50% deposit with order.
 A draw of 30% when work is approximately 20% complete.
Balance due in full at completion.
 As all jobs are custom for each customer, deposits are non-
refundable.
 If a truck is to be purchased by Amigo, the purchase price and
any mechanical work is to be paid in full by the customer at the
time of purchase or work performed.
 Standard manufacturing time for a food truck is approximately
8-12 weeks from the date of first 50% deposit. Amigo cannot be
held responsible for the availability of equipment & supplies from
outside suppliers.
 Truck owners must have a minimum of Storage Insurance on any
vehicle left at Amigo. Amigo Food Trucks will not be held
responsible for any damage or theft to customer vehicles.

21. Our food concession trailers and concession trucks are known
throughout with it first venture itself. Because we can custom
make concession trailers to your exact specifications, you can
rest assured knowing you can market your food truck business so
it is completely unique – we can build your concession trailer to
look different from any other concession trailer on the streets.
Not only that, but we make our custom concession trucks and
food trailers to meet health requirements in your specific area.
