Role: As a Corporate Sales Manager:
To facilitate profitable insurance business within assigned geographic territory through channel partner i.e.
HDFC BANK
• Spearheading a Cluster with 14 HDFC Bank Branches for HDFC Life Business with a team of 12
Corporate Agency Manager Across locations which Comprises of 14 Branch Managers and 70 + Staff.
• To achieve targets for multiple parameters with specified team structure. Tracking and management of lead
servicing on daily basis and business generation coordination.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and establishing vertical Business for 14 HDFC BANK
Branches.
• Managing and maintaining relationship with the Channel Partner, providing them support in accord to meet
business numbers.
• Regular visits to HDFC Bank Branches to understand the needs and business flow month on month.
