For me and many of my Dubai colleagues it is the 29th day of home quarantine.
For those from Europe it is now going to be more than a month I suppose.
Congratulate you for making an impact on the fight against Corona Virus.
By home quarantining yourself you are doing your best to save humanity..so we all deserve an applause.

Yeah transformation.
I believe that every situation every challenge we go through can be a transformational experience if we want it to be. Every tough time can transform you… and tough times don’t last.. What lasts is the Tough people..
Today we will look at how to navigate through tough situations using your Power of Positive thinking and to unleash that Tiger in you..!
Will any of you would like to share their views on what Positive thinking is about
A positive mindset does not attempt any denial of painful feelings. Rather,
It accepts negative emotions with the attitude of “this, too, shall pass”.
It stops us from endlessly obsessing about these negative emotions
It doesn’t allow us the ‘luxury’ of a morose, ‘oh poor me’ attitude
a positive mindset pushes us gently to consider the other sides of the situation and to avoid the slippery slope of self-pity.
Positive thinking is NOT about pretending or faking
Change, any change, takes time until it starts feeling like a normal routine or habit, and positive thinking is no different. What might feel odd, unnatural, pretentious or fake to begin with may well turn into a new and welcome habit. Practice makes perfect. So no, you don’t need to fake, just be tolerant towards your brain’s effort to carve new patterns of thought.
Positive thinking is NOT a ‘cure all’
a supportive ally that can help you rise above the troubling situation, reframe it, see other sides to it and tackle it with greater and more useful energy. It will stop you from wallowing in self-pity; it will prevent you from endlessly chewing the unhelpful cud. Positive thinking is not a goal in and of itself. Rather, it is a most powerful tool to help you direct your brain, your thinking and your actions in the most helpful and productive direction(s) possible.

It stops us from endlessly obsessing about these negative emotions . Don’t make it biggrer than it actually is. Don’t worry about what others think?
It doesn’t allow us the ‘luxury’ of a morose, ‘oh poor me’ attitude . When you are a victim you feel helpless, when you set aside the emotion and think constructively you be more in control of the situation.

We learned that its not necessary we always have bright days.. Not always life is fair..
We learned that Acceptance and not ignoring your situations is the solution…
So does that mean we have to just accept and do nothing about it.. Is that what acceptance is all about..
Accept the reality Objectively

Gratitude improves psychological health. Gratitude reduces a multitude of toxic emotions, from envy and resentment to frustration and regret. Robert Emmons, a leading gratitude researcher, has conducted multiple studies on the link between gratitude and well-being
Gratitude increases mental strength. For years, research has shown gratitude not only reduces stress, but it may also play a major role in overcoming trauma. A 2006 study published in Behavior Research and Therapy found that Vietnam War veterans with higher levels of gratitude experienced lower rates of post-traumatic stress disorder. A 2003 study published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology found that gratitude was a major contributor to resilience following the terrorist attacks on September 11. Recognizing all that you have to be thankful for —even during the worst times—fosters resilience.
