• City wise:
– Ludhiyana: 1,613,878
– Amritser: 1,183,761
– Jalandhar: 903,775
– Patiyala: 404,686
– Bathinda: 285,813
• Search trends are moderate in the region for Delhi/NCR makret
• The graph suggests that lesser number of people are searching properties in
Delhi/NCR region
• The graph suggest some dip in the search trend last year. But it has again gained the
momentum
– We have seen the same pattern in WB market. This suggests that over all real estate market was a bit
slow in the last quarter of previous year.
• On an average one can expect 3 to 5 Delhi/NCR property related online quarries per day
(expecting 10% people showing interest who are clicking on various Delhi/NCR sites per day).
• This number is small, because Punjab as a market is still a traditional market where people still
prefer direct contact points for any transactional needs
• Referral marketing is still very high in the region
– This suggests that the local broker and channel partner association is must in the region
• People are looking at large scale investments
• Major searches are happening for the properties in Delhi followed by
Noida and Gurgaon
• The search trend also suggests that most of the people are willing to
spend in luxury projects
• People still prefer desktops but smart phones uses are also gaining moment
– This trend suggests that most of the searchers are still traditional by mindset and they will
have their own apprehensions while looking out properties in other markets.
