This letter is my personal recommendation for Sally Peck. I am the game designer and project
leader, heading the development of the computer game Terminal Conflict, in which Sally is
working with programming, scripting and UI implementation. She is also heading the Polywick
teams effort in producing graphical imagery for the game and aimed at promoting the project,
increasing customer satisfaction and game sales at release. It is a joy to work with her and her
team as she is a very talented, social and intelligent person and thus she is able to present
creative ideas and communicate the benefits. This has meant that she has affectionately earned
herself the nickname “Supersally”.
During this time on the project, Sally has produced much for our game driving the project
forward and she is a valued developer. Though she is an asset to our hardcoding department,
Sally is also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of development chiefly concerning QA. It could
be to solve data handling issues or design elements, inspiring and finding new and creative
solutions. She also takes initiative and has provided support for other team members. Sally is
thus very capable and able at working with other co-workers and she has successfully worked
with our global partners making her a great addition to any international team.
I highly recommend Sally for employment. She is a strong team player and would make a great
asset to any organization. I have enjoyed watching the way she has grown and excelled in the
Terminal Conflict development project.
With her abilities, her focus on the important issues, and her extraordinary dedication, Sally will
