Started inaugural fishing tournament event in partnership with an engineering firm to raise
$26,000 the first year and $39,000 the second year.
Managed a volunteer team of over 70 individuals for special event fundraiser, increasing
attendance from 700 to 850 and netting more than $270,000 up from $175,000 in one year.
Created and implemented Del Mar College Foundation’s Donor Stewardship program.
Developed inaugural stewardship event for major donors at the Texas State Aquarium.
Marketing, Communications and Administrative
Promoted work events and volunteer events on local news stations - included two minute
interviews and segments on two hour morning show on live TV.
Implemented a paid membership plan for the Alumni Association and secured 270 paid members
the first year.
Recruited, trained and managed 115 Loaned Executive (LE) volunteers and managed overall LE
program.
Promoted to warehouse supervisor and facilities manager after two years with Puffer Sweiven;
managed 13 people; oversaw $6.1 million in inventory.
Restructured 10 groups of 1,200 accounts into two manageable divisions, streamlining
fundraising for four direct reports.
