Working as a team member of International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC): India project at National Institute of Biomedical Genomics Kalyani, supported by Department of Biotechnology (DBT) Government of India. My current working field of interest is Cancer genomics using high-throughput data, generated from Next generation sequencing platforms. I am trying to identify tumor specific large scale genome alteration changes in oral squamous carcinomas of Gingivo-buccal region of Indian origin tumors linked to tobacco chewing.
