that new allotmnet has given best ROI to its
investors <= 3 Years or till there is new
allotment of equal value within 3 years.
• New draw is not due in dwarka within an year
and the cost has also increased to 19 Lakhs.

10. Conclusion
• Being a new allotment it will continue to reap
a good ROI as new allotment is not due in this
year and also the cost of new DDA LIG Flats
will increase to min 19 Lakhs which will make
it more expensive.
