B-B
Due to the flood event that occurred in 2012 that caused
major flooding to the site. Pressure Grouting was
introduced as a method of reducing water infiltration.
The pressure grouting is still ongoing and is scheduled to
be completed by the 3rd week of June-14.
After completing the pressure grouting, the excavation
shall commence in Zone B and the remaining 11 stories of
that zone will take approx. 10 months.
The above event is the subject of an EOT claim and is
being negotiated between DAMAC and ATC.
