WORK HISTORY
2016 Software Architect
HELabs
(2 months)
2015 - 2016 Software Architect
DOT Digital Group
(1 year and 2 months)
Worked as a lead in the new Bigdata Startup. I selected, hired and trained the
development team in less than 6 month. I was responsible for all the Bigdata
architecture definition.
I also was ahead in the software construction for the Martech area in DOT
group, creating a solution based on AWS services, with bots and crawlers, in a
very low operational price (less than 10 times the usual cost). This represented
a competitive differential and the company could successfully start this new
business vertical. Coca-Cola and Unisociesc were some of our new clients
where we were able to reduce, significantly, the CPA and acquisition costs.
I worked as a team manager for all IT department (over than 40 people).
Software Architect
BRQ
(12 years)
Worked as a software architect in huge systems, such as HSBC and CEF
Internet Bankings. I also worked as a agile consultant during the methodology's
implementation in almost all development teams. I trained and helped tens of
developers along the years, improving their abilities and their code quality.
I still work in partnership with BRQ, as an external consultant and architect.

Software Architect | Team Leader
Gateware
(1 year)
Selected and trained high quality development teams. We worked developing
software for HSBC, competing with huge software houses, such as Capgemini,
Wipro and Tiviti.
We were responsible for the bank treasury module construction in the most
important system for HSBC for that year. We were the only company that
finished our modules without any delay and with client congratulations. We
were able to do so because, with a short and high quality team, we could be
more flexible and worked with the client as a partner, using agile
methodology, inviting them to participate in the process, every day.
In less than a year, IBM saw us as an excellent partnership, and with IBM
credentials we were able to keep working for HSBC, as a global company.

training teams, defining the
architecture and the
development process.
I am constantly seeking for
quality, productivity and
technical excellence.

2013 - 2014 Software Engineer | Team Leader
PSafe Tecnologia S/A
(1 year)
Worked managing the development team for AdServer platform in
Cliktrue (Xango Group Startup). This platform delivered 55 millions
ads/hour and the PHP/MySQL received over 150 millions HTTP requests. In
only 3 months, we became profit and efficient.
I was responsible for the server architecture and implementation for a
project named EAÍ (a Tinder like app). I used AWS cloud, with low cost
and high scale, and a faster geo-localization algorithm than the usual
ones.
I was also responsible for CI implementation and automatic tests using
real cellphones for the most important group's app: PSafe Total Android.
At that time, PSafe was the biggest Brazilian startup and the app PSafe
Total Android was in the top ten of Brazilian's Google Play.
2012 - 2013 Lead Programmer
Luckee Software
(1 year)
Worked managing the development team, building several casino games. All
games were developed in Brazil and exported to other countries, such as EUA,
Mexico and Canada.
I selected the server architecture and coded it. This server was used by all
company´s games.
I also coded the first Latin Bingo for the huge GreenTube Company
(https://www.greentube.com/game/wizard-bingo/).
Owner | Lead Programmer
Freakow Games
(1 year)
I was lead programmer when we build the animation vectorial plug-ins
RageTools and RageTools Pro, for Unity 3D. These plug-ins were in Unity Store´s
top ten and in the third place in tools category.

2011 - 2012
PROJECTS
CTO
iGloobe Tecnologia
(1 year)
iGloobe was a low cost interactive whiteboard. It weighed 20 times less and
the price was 10 times lower than it´s competitors. It had an anodize aluminum
pen, with high durability and resistance. It was built in a Wii-Mote base, with
several hardware changes.
I used C# to code the image scan software.
We sold about 1000 units all over the country, and started a 2.0 version with
100% national technics. But, with China´s whiteboards arriving in Brazil with a
lower price, we decide to shut down our production.
2011 - 2012
Owner | Lead programmer
Fluid Play Games
(1 year)
An Anglo-Brazilian company, were we developed two games. I was
responsible for the code, using C#, mono and Unity3D.
2010 - 2011
Owner | Software Architect
Clear Systems
(6 years)
Worked as consultant, instructor and architect in several projects for huge
clients, such as BRQ/HSBC, Federal University Hospital (UFPR) and Acquisition
Sector/UFPR.
2004 - 2010
The major problem, when you
develop Unity 3D inspectors is
the verbose syntax and low
quality of the widget API. This
tool hugely reduces the code
size, removing all boilerplate
code.
