Over the years, having worked with building HRTech companies alongside co-founders - I have created market space for new-age technologies and services. I believe that new-age technologies – Data Science, AI, ML & Deep Learning as well as Augmented Analytics are poised to impact the Workforce Management and Talent Transformation industry. I have designed and executed growth strategies to generate desired revenue across potential enterprise market segments as well as introduced new revenue streams and markets that didn’t exist. Beyond work, I am associated with Delhi Poetry Festival as its Executive Producer. I often dabble in poetry, collect 'Ganeshas' and manage a music group – Jamnasium.
