• Generating sales leads reports using OBIEE application.

Project Name: Sales Leads Assignment Responsibilities: • Handling sales leads assignment in Siebel CRM and Fusion CRM. • Closing all discrepancies leads. • Working with territory management team for mapping updates in Siebel CRM and Fusion CRM. • Mapping sales reps based on their customer territories to contacts using TUT in MS Excel and loading the same in Siebel CRM. • Generating sales leads reports after assigning to respective sales rep.
