if you are small, your performance/success is driven by

•If you are still in Medicaid FFS and moving to
managed care build VBP in up front

into at least VBP Level 1
•Specific 2020 goals should be
80% Level 1

•If you are just entering managed care - go all in
immediately

•Multi-year deals allow you to move up into higher
levels of risk/reward as you prove yourselves
•Multi-year agreements do take more time to
complete
focus first on your biggest payers
