Ken takes natural, wholesome, and fresh ingredients, combines them with
herbs and spices, and gives you Cajun Cooking right in your own home.
Grilling since the age of 7 years old, Ken couldn’t stay away from the kitchen.
He shows you how to correctly cook Southern Cajun cuisine with a tasty twist that
steers away from the stereotypical spicy reputation. Now, that’s not to say that some
dishes he creates aren’t spicy, but to Ken its not all about burning your mouth with
spice, its about the flavor, passion, and quality of a great meal.
