Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Preparation of allotment/lease agreement according to guidance of management
and legal advisor
Documentation of management commitment with customer/landowner, RAJUK
approved plan, project brochure along with architectural, structural, plumbing &
electrical drawing
Realization of receivables from customer according to payment schedule
Fixation of unit price of apartment finishing items.
Consult with Landowner/Customer(s) regarding finalization of brick layout of the
projects.
Coordinate with architect, SAP and relevant department for finishing materials
code like tiles code, bath fixture and CP item code within management approved
price range
Cost analysis for the optional & modification work as per requirement of the
customer.
Deliver decision on finishing items according to customer requirement
Finishing work quality checking for each apartment
Handover each apartment according to customer compliance
Distribution of car parking for each apartment/commercial space.
Issue Possession Handover letter, Car park allotment letter and handover keys of
each door, gas bill book, customer ID of electricity miter, etc.
Coordinate with concern department for providing post-handover services for all
handed over projects
