to find position as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Currently working as Assistant Manager
with DixonsCarphone stores Group International. Through this position now having a good

Operation
 Maintain up to date knowledge of the store operational processes, communicating
changes to the store management team and colleagues where appropriate
 Support the delivery of all profit and loss measures versus budget for the store each
period, maximising opportunities to reduce costs and ensuring the store remains on
target.
 Understand and support to manage all business parameters including payroll, sales
margins, costs, stock value, stock ageing and stock loss
 Ensure the store operated efficiently and effectively, adhering to company and legal
requirements in respect of health and safety, trading standards and all stock and cash
management processes
 Support manager to improve sales growth across the store through consistent execution
of the customer plan and the retail plan
Sales
 Responsible for making sure primary tasks i.e. Sales, B2B and KPI’S target hit on daily,
weekly and periodically basis
 Ensuring to build and maintain strong repo with all customers
 Providing accurate and efficient respond to all customers by delivering excellent
customer service proposition
 To deliver and drive and incredible shopping trip by ensuring that the customer champion
role is embedded
 Accountable for managing customer issues and queries to resolution, never leaving
customers to fend for themselves
 Identify commercial opportunities within the area and remain alert to competitors
activities, taking action to reduce competitors impact

of that I was made responsible to run another department too.
 I have recruited and trained number of successful colleagues for company out of which
one becomesuccessfulTeam Leader and also two more colleagues becometop performer
in current financial year.
 I have achieved over £700k sales volume and become top sales colleague in Charlton
branch with all the KPI’S.
