standard procedure available. 3GPP define the
LIPA requirements TR23.829 V10.
 Making core aware of local network so that it can
provide UE with LIPA related info.
 ANDSF (TS 23.402) functionality is being explored to
help in this regards.
 Provisioning of extended GTP tunnels through NAS
procedures is being explored.
 Mobile may be required of having Client software
with GTP-U.
