Design Features
1. Full bore body construction provides clear pass for maintenance and diagnostic equipment.
2. Corrosion-resistant overwelding of the trim ensures increased reliability and service life of the gate valves.
3. Rolling bearings in the yoke secure decreased effort of the actuator and easier valve operation.
4. Usage of thermo expanded graphite for sealing gland provides less stem friction wear-out and extended
service life of the element.
5. Pressure relief plug in the cover provides pressure relief and additional tightness of the gate (by boosting
pressure inside).

Design Features
1. Full bore body construction provides clear pass for maintenance and diagnostic equipment.
2. Seats with double sealing (primary-«metal to metal», secondary-«metal to elastoplastic») provide
extended service life.
3. Corrosion-resistant gate protects the trim from abrasive wear-out and line medium deposits.
4. Drain pipe inside gate valve is designed to remove sediments containing hard admix. Drain pipe is
protected from damage and freezing at low temperatures. Threaded port on the drain pipe for dewaxing
devices and air bleed hoses connection. The port as well as the inlet in the bonnet for pressure relief plug
can be used for leak test of the gate valve.
5. The gate valve can be repaired without removal from pipeline. Removable polyurethane ring gaskets
and clamp connection «body-to-cover» ensure high level of maintainability, quick assembly-disassembly of
gate valve and serviceability.
6. Usage of thermo expanded graphite for sealing gland provides less stem friction wear-out and
extended service life of the element.
