When thinking of teamwork in any organization, consider collaboration; building and investing
in a team is vital to its success. One of the best acronyms for team is: Together Everyone

Fostering collaboration through tools enables efficiency and reduces the risk of human error.
Equipping team members for robust participation is a great starting point in revamping any
company culture to focus on collaboration.
1. Communicate Company Expectations
Collaboration should be a minimum standard.
Defining the roles and responsibilities of the team is critical to avoid cross orders. Each team
member should also understand their position and the responsibilities required of them. An
environment that allows each team member to take responsibility for a good or bad outcome
supports trans-parity.
