intervention that focused on making it easier to consume healthier meals
could lead to positive health outcomes (eg weight loss).

Methodology
• Sample received and ate eat+LIVE lunches
and dinners
• Sample received healthy breakfast and snack
recommendations
• Weekly all measured weight and BMI
• Pre and post lab work including A1C collected
from all participants
Participants
• Women, 21 years of age or older
• Body mass index (BMI) of > 25
• Physical activity/exercise level: none to light
• 20 employees of a medical practice
• 10 sample participants received eat+LIVE meals
• 10 control participants did not receive meals
In twenty five days, the sample participants lost 4.0% of their body weight.
• On average the sample participants lost 4.0% of their body weight.
• Absolute weight loss ranged from 4.0 to 14.4 pounds.
• At a 95% CI we would expect the weight loss range under similar
circumstances to be from 5.1 to 10.5 pounds.
• Paired t test value = 0.0001
