This document discusses applying conventional and decentralized PID controllers to a multivariate aerothermic process. The goal is to use a data acquisition system to illustrate the effectiveness of static decoupling and PID controllers in real time by controlling variables like air temperature, heater grid, airflow, and ventilator speed.
