We will be effectively using the price skimming principle, this company feels because of our unique competitive advantage in the ability to offer sports programming we can set initial startup fees high. Heavy advertisement of the free week trial will generate sales aimed at millennials on social media platforms. As you can see in the three year graph, the first positive cash flow month will be in May. The most important projection will be the payback period at the end of the year. Beginning year expenses effect the graph the most, with most of those fees being associated to the large licensing fees and regional/network associated fees.
