2. Motherboard—The motherboard is the body of the whole operation the processor tell it what job and what components are needed and the mother board then goes and users the components because all components are plugged into the motherboard.
3. Processor—The processor is to tell the motherboard what to do next it is the brains of the entire computer as anything which needs processing goes to the processor and then it tells the component what to do to process the operation successfully the processor is placed into the motherboard being carful not to touch the pins and then has some thermal paste rubbed onto the back to stop wearing from the heat sink.
5. Hard drive—This Stores all your files and the files which your computer users to run I.E the operating system. The hard drive would be connected the motherboard by either DATA or SATA connections and connected to the power supply for the power to run the hard drive.
6. Memory (RAM) Chips—They slot into the motherboard and are needed to run the system, the higher capacity of the ram chips result in the speed of the PC increasing and it being able to manage more application but this is limited to about 3 and a half gigabits.
7. Power Supply-This powers the board and all its components, These can be 20 or 24 pin, not they make an 24 pin which you can disconnect 4 pins the pins are what connect it to the motherboard.
8. Graphics Card—Evan though a graphics card don't have to be in the computer most people like to add them to enhance the graphics the graphics card plugs in to the PCI slots.
9. PCI Wireless Network Card—This connects you wirelessly to the network and wireless router. It plugs straight into the board through one of the PCI slots.
