As co-owner I am responsible for managing the direction of the medical clinic. I oversee physician recruitment and retention, medical staff human resource management and business opportunity development. We currently have four full time family physicians and two part time walk in physicians. We are looking for two more full time family physicians. Our clinic is open seven days a week and is located inside the Real Canadian Superstore in Kelowna.
