Support
In
order
for
support

be
sustained,

only
cri(cal
that
informa(on
is
followed
up

service
delivery
issues
addressed,
but
that
people
perceive
that
this

Ureport.
One
method
is
amplifying
feedback
loops
by
localizing
informa(on
and
dissemina(ng
through
radio,
closed
user
group
discussions,
and
SMS
channels.

real

UNICEF
