Having lived in and moved around a number of countries all my life, including Hong Kong, Jordan, UAE, Switzerland, France and the UK, I found it hard to settle back in the UK, so after working in Real Estate at Cushman & Wakefield and buying, refurbishing and flipping homes in London in my spare time (I have always been passionate for property), when the recession looked like it was starting to take a hold of the market in London, I gave my notice at work, sold my last project and took the biggest risk of moving to the little known country (at the time) of Nicaragua (I had visited the year before on a surf exploration trip to see if it could be a possibility to move to) We now have a gr...
