We can manufacture any of the four individual components of our Wastewater Treatment Technology
or the entire integrated pre-packaged ElectroPure Technology (EPT). It’s your choice. Each component
can be integrated into your existing wastewater process easily depending on what you need.
The complete pre-packaged integrated system has a compact footprint and is easily deployed or
incorporated into your existing system or process. The following four components make up the EPT.

The Science
Behind the Ept
The ept works on the principle of electrokinetics.
Via proprietary coated electrodes, the EPT applies a high current electrical field to the wastewater.
The electrical field destabilizes the molecular bonds between the waste and the water. Through the
destabilization process, the waste separates from the water and is skimmed off, leaving the clean
water. The process does not use heat or chemicals and has very low energy use.
Variable Cell Configuration (VCC) allows
changes such as electrode material and
thickness, total surface area, electrical
current density, and electrode gap thickness,
which allow system optimization and
adaptability. Advanced oxidation processes
(AOP) like electro catalytic oxidation, ozone,
and hydrogen peroxide can be incorporated
for a combined and more powerful effect on
hard-to-treat wastewater.

The EPT can be used to treat a variety of produced water for any industry that requires
reliable and effective wastewater treatment , including oil  gas, industrial, mining,
and agriculture. The EPT uses high current densities which means it can remove difficult
contaminants, like H2
S. The unit is installed on a compact, portable skid for easy set up.
The EPT is:

The control panel is designed for ease of operation.
The EPT system has few moving parts and is highly automated, which reduces training,
downtime, maintenance, and operating costs.
The EPT’s Human-Machine Interface (HMI) is intuitive and loaded with system information for
‘just in time’ learning and can be remotely monitored by the customer and supported by GEE.
A mobile app is now available for all smartphones, including Android. For safety, all systems are
pre-wired for all appropriate safety shutdowns for the oil and gas industry specifications.

provides the operator with critical status information that can
be accessed online or from our proprietary smartphone app.
Real-time trends of main data can be seen at any time, from
anywhere around the world. Continuous monitoring ensures a
consistent and reliable runtime and advanced troubleshooting
access and control.
