Spiral Duct Liner. It is both anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. QuietZone® Spiral Duct
Liner is available in 1", 1.5", and 2" thicknesses. It is tested according to UL 181
standards and is listed with UL Laboratories® The R-value and sound absorption
of QuietZone® Spiral Duct Liner outperforms other compressed insulation
available in the market.
Superior Duct Fabrication’s highly trained and experienced mechanics and sheet
metal workers use Superior’s special equipment and processes to assure that
every QuietZone® Spiral Duct Liner board is carefully grooved, cut to size and
fitted in spiral duct and fittings.The surface is fitted with a durable and permanent
airstream surface that is longer lasting, when compared to insulating products
with sprayed-on coatings that tend to get brittle and crack over time. Superior

1. The surface burning characteristics of these products have been determined in accordance with UL 723. This standard should be used to
measure and describe the properties of materials, products or assemblies in response to heat and flame under controlled laboratory conditions
and should not be used to describe or appraise the fire hazard or fire risk of materials, products or assemblies under actual fire conditions.
However, results of this test may be used as elements of a fire risk assessment which takes into account all of the factors which are pertinent to
an assessment of the fire hazard of a particular end use. Values are reported to the nearest 5 rating. ASTM E84 and UL 723 are the same test
