check, reorder, andverifyanyinventoryneedfor the division. Correlatedwithour auto vendors on maintenance andmore
inventories. Trained the staff insafetyandergonomics. The onsite HRperson who talked withcorporate andtemporary
vendors on issueswith payroll, vacations, andanyother personnel issues.

Hire new employees, trained onour computer system, set work schedules, schedule time off. Managed24 employees ina 24
hour/365 operation. On call 24 hours a day. Diddailycycle counts andheaded yearlyinventories. Improvedinventoryfrom 23%
to 11% inaccuracyinone year. Problem solved customer complaints andhadmonthly meeting withcustomers to improve our
services.
