unestablished government Etc. But nowadays we heard and saw
from TV and Newspapers. Everyday someone rapped to the girls.
This is a biggest social stigma on our society.
53% of children in our country faces the child sexual abuse.
According to the National Crime Records Bureau, rape and murder
of girl child increase every year.

5. Child means a person being below the age of 18vyears. Our country
has also accepted the 18 years or above it they are adult and they
got some developmental rights such as Voting Cast, Driving
License, Etc.

6. Child abuse might be Physical, Mental torture,
Negligent treatment and sexual abuse. Any of the
above those are really harmful or dangerous to the
health of the child.

7. Physical word means all body parts and Abuse means
unsocial behaviour by oral or unnecessary touch. Means
someone wants to touch the private body parts, hitting,
slapping, hair pulling Etc.

It is a behaviour characterized by the making of
unwelcome and inappropriate sexual remarks or
physical advances in an Institute, workplace or other
professional or social situation.
There are two types of sexual harassment:
I. Quid Pro Quo Sexual Harassment and
II. Hostile Work Environment Sexual Harassment.

20. Quid Pro Quo Sexual Harassment
It is the sexual favors in exchange for any type of
benefits. This could mean that, in return for some type
of sexual favor, the victim would receive more money,
good marks in academic areas Etc.

It can consist of passing comments, vulgar jokes, and
repeated sexual benefits that impact the ability of a
student, siblings to do his or her activity.

22. Meaning of good touch
Good touch and "bad" touch are words most commonly used to
explain to children what touch is and isn't okay, and help them
understand what situations they should tell a safe person about
and ask for help, and how they should treat other people. For
children, "good" touch is touch that cares for them, that is
necessary for their health or safety, or makes them feel safe, or is
fun.

23. Meaning of bad touch
Bad touch is any touch that they don't want or makes them feel
scared, or any secret touch, or any touch on their genitals or
bottom, unless it's necessary for their health. For children playing
together, a good rule is: if the other person isn't having fun, you

parts.
It’s not okay for someone to touch his or her own
private body parts in front of you.
It’s not okay for someone to ask you to touch his or
her private body parts.
It’s not okay for someone to ask you to take your
clothes off or to take pictures or videos of you with
your clothes off.

videos of people without their clothes.
Shout “STOP” or scream as loudly as you can for help.
Run fast to a safe place or where there are other
people.
When someone shows their personal parts to you, tell
someone you trust i.e. mother, father, grandparent,
teacher etc. Keep on telling someone until someone
believes you and takes action.
