Key Responsibilities
 Receive and count working cash at beginning and ending of shift.
 Identify customers, validate and cash
 Conducting FCY purchase and sales with good margin of profit
 Accept cash for deposit.
 Process cash withdrawals.
 Making the transaction by using various online products which is used by maximum
exchange houses.
 Good knowledge of AML rules and regulations of central bank of UAE.
 Assisting the customers in case of any problem related to their transaction and
following up until it rectify.
 Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with exchange
procedures.
 Create and Manage satisfied and loyal customer Network.
 Effectively manage time and prioritize responsibilities with a positive attitude and
strong interpersonal skills.
 Ensure that appropriate service is provided to all customers through proper
communication & well mannered approach.
 Record keeping and reporting requirements
 Transactions monitoring & access the risk.
 Balance currency, cash at end of each shift
