Examples of flyers that are primarily type
based with minimal imagery. Imagery is either
stock photos or supplied by the client. Custom
imagery pricing (like the “Blazt” type below)
depends on the complexity of the image.
Many basic corporate flyers could fall into this
range, as well.
Designs that are more complex, image heavy,
have more text or simply require more time to
layout would all fall into this category.
If we need to supply imagery (stock or
otherwise) then that is billed separately from
the design time. We can explain this in further
detail if you have any questions.
Designs with more extensive photo manipula-
tion, simple custom artwork or lettering, high
level of copy to arrange and/or custom graphic
elements created from scratch.

Pricing Break DownWhy Use Templates?
Some templates are designed in house
and others have been purchased from
stock websites. Design cost is based on the
complexity of the template and any additional
editing required; template cost not included.
Template prices vary and are usually in the
range of $10-20 per template (which may be
used multiple times for your project).

All prices are based on our assessment of our
client’s project before we begin designing. The
price will be agreed upon by both parties and
then the process begins.
All estimates are based on hourly pricing. Our
hourly rate is $50 - $75/hr depending on the
project. We work as fast as possible without
jeopardizing the integrity of the work.
Stock imagery, purchased templates, printing
and other outside costs are not included in
the design costs listed. All non-design costs
will be billed with the design costs. We will
inform you of external costs prior to making
any purchases.
Printing services are available; please inquire
about pricing and turnaround times.
Creating an original design
from scratch is one of the best
things ever. We understand that
our specific style doesn’t work
for every type of business; in
comes the use of templates.
Pre-designed ideas that allow
our client to have a clear visual
of the end product before the
project even begins.
All templates are not equal!
The templates we seek out are
high quality, ready for print (no
MS Word templates!), and may
be able to be customized to a
degree. This allows a little bit
of creative freedom, a faster
turnaround time, and a product
that you decide upon before we
begin adding content.
So in short, we love using
templates in order to meet our
client’s goals and expectations.
We are professional and do
not let our egos get in the way,
although we do love to create
beautifully attractive projects
with our own hands.
6. campaignFrom start to finish, we created everything for Vicky’s from scratch.
In order to separate the new restaurant from the old we started from the ground up with the design, identity, photography and online presence. We
worked with the restaurant owners over several months to complete every element of their new identity.
Vicky’s Mexican Restaurant replaced an existing
Mexican restaurant at the same location in
Downtown Pittsburgh. Creating a new identity,
menu, online presence and new overall image
were all crucial elements to separate them
from the old restaurant’s décor and reputation.
Some cuisine retained similar ingredients but
the regional style and preparation completely
changed. This satisfied the current and dedicated
crowd, as well as, expanded their clientele.

Tri-fold to-go menus, three variations of the business cards, and in-
house menus (4 pages, coil bound and laminated).
On-Site Photography
Hundreds of photos were shot, resulting in a
set of quality glamour photos of the cuisine.

The logo was kept simple
and harmonious.
