9. Welcome
Praise God! This is such a wonderful opportunity to use the Word of God. I
am seeing God fulfill promises to me that He made many years ago. He told
me I would preach to the whole world. I wish you would just hear that
people that are here visiting us from different countries and different places,
as the Word of God is literally going out to the world. At that time I had no
vision of Pal Talk, and Face Book, along with Skype and all the other
instruments we are using to get out the gospel.
God is faithful to His Word, and you must know that every promise; and
everything that God has spoke to you concerning your life that He will bring

10. it to pass. You may not be able to see it right now, but God is faithful to His
Word.
It says in one passage of scripture that God is not a man that He should like,
nor the Son of Man that He should repent what He has spoken, He shall
make it good. Along with, what He has promised He will make it come to
pass. So, what He has spoke something into your life you can look for it to
be fulfilled. You need to be in the place that place that He can bring you
forth into LIFE. Sometimes, that is why you go through different trials and
testings.

11. Chapter One
The Glorious Church
Tonight, I want to go to (Just for a short moment) Ephesians the fifth
chapter, and read verse twenty-five. I am sorry, let us go to verse twenty-
seven. Those of you that are in the Pal Talk room, I believe that someone
will put the scriptures up there for me.
I will read the scripture, “That He might present to Himself a glorious
church not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing. But it should be
holy and without blame.”

12. Wow! This is God’s vision of the church. This is how God sees the church.
He said, Jesus was saying that He might present to Himself, a glorious
church! Not just any kind of church, but a church of glory, power, that will
manifest the power and the Love of God. You know the church today is the
reflection of who Jesus is. So, He has to impart unto the church—oh! Come
on now! He wants to impart into the church His Glory.
That is why the church is manifesting the glory of God in ways we have
never thought of, and never heard of before –because we are a reflection of
Him. See! Every man and every woman today that is married, this woman
is a reflection of her husband.
We are the Bride of Christ. We are a reflection of Christ. Oh!! I don’t want
to get into that! Praise God!! Notice this, um, “That He might present to
Himself a glorious church. Not having spot or wrinkle.” “ Now. Can
you imagine? (Lets go into the natural side of it.) Can you imagine going
to a wedding, she is coming down the isle, and she has a huge spot in her
dress? That would be unbecoming.” That would be like someone saying,

13. “Hold on! Wait a minute! Something is wrong here.” There is a spot!
There is something that shouldn’t be! That is something we shouldn’t see!!
Yet, God is saying, “I Am taking the church!”
That is why He is training and developing you to take you through different
things to clean out the spots and the wrinkles, the things that shouldn’t be.
He wants to present you as a glorious church, without spot or wrinkle! You
know! Oh!! My God!! We need to stop being, um, the church of excuses
and “I am tired of the church using excuses. I am tired of the church
talking about the things of yester—year.”
It is time that we begin to speak up what God is doing today. It is time that
we begin to speak of God manifesting Himself in the church. Ohhhhhh, if
the church would realize that even today that the power of Christ is to be
manifested through us.
See, even as Jesus preformed miracles, and healed the sick—we as the Body
of Christ should begin to heal the sick. Ahh! You know! I thank God for

14. doctors! I thank God for physicians! They have their appropriate place, I
know because God has led me to the appropriate ones. It is time we begin to
lay hands on the sick and watch the sick recover. Ahh!! Let me go back!
Ha! Ha! Oh!! Lord!!
Let’s go; let’s go over to…”We are talking about the church without spot,
without wrinkle and the complete manifestation of what God is looking for
in the church.”

15. Chapter Two
Go Ye: Power with God
Let’s go over to the Book of Mark, umm, the sixteen chapter and verse, let
us start at verse fifteen—look at this. “He said unto them go ye into all the
world and preach the gospel to every creature.”

16. That is the first command that we go into the entire world, and we had no
idea when this was written that God was going to use mass media! That
God was going to use something called Pal Talk. That God was going to
use something called Face Book. That God was going to use something
called Skype, to go “Into all the world to proclaim the gospel.”
I physically cannot go into the entire world, but I remember God speaking
to me years ago that He would allow my voice and my face to appear into
the entire world.
I had no idea how God was going to do it. But, see! He is fulfilling His
Words in our life. The whole church!! There are many more reaching, a
whole lot more then I am. But, we are reaching the world and that is part of
the great commission. Jesus said, “He that believeth in me and be baptized
shall be saved. He that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs
(Notice) these signs shall follow them that believe.”

17. Now, if you are a believer these signs are going to follow you! I mean, as
far as the church, you know, when I have said this so many times you have
to understand where I am coming from. When I get up in the morning I do
have to make a decision if I am a male or a woman. I was born a male and
that is with me all my life.
All right? Since I am part of the church, I do not have to make a decision to
do signs and wonders and miracles, it is just natural. It is just something that
is automatically going to happen. All I have to do is believe!! You shall lay
hands on the sick!! The sick shall recover!!
You just speak the Word of God and they shall hear!! Their lives shall be
changed. We shall go to them who once have been unbelievers and they that
have been in sin and we begin to preach the whole gospel! Why? Because
we shall go and preach not just words! We shall go and preach with power!!
Power that will change their lives!! To bring conviction! People will begin
to come to Christ.

18. “Are you getting something?” All right.
“These signs shall follow them that believe. In my name they shall cast
out devils.” Now, I know there are a lot of people that believe that some
have mental issues, and we have some in the church that call themselves
spiritual, who are really not Spiritual, who have mental issues. However,
there are some people that are demon possessed. The scriptures say, “In my
name they shall cast out devils.” See, we shall cast out evil spirits that are
in people and cause them to come out by the power of Jesus Christ, and their
lives will be changed.
See!! When Jesus showed up the devil started talking and said, (Brother
Flowers is paraphrasing) ”Jesus is here! It is time for us to go! Can we
leave??” You know! When you show up, because you are part of the
church! Because you are the church! When you show up the devil will start
getting nervous!!

19. When you show up the devil starts saying like, “Ok! Why are you here? It
is time for me to leave?” In My name they shall cast out devils!! Look!!
The church has been the authority of the name of Jesus. At that name!!
Every knee shall bow!! Every demon gots to bow!! Every demon has to
give in the name of Jesus!!! Oh!! I can tell you so many instances that I
have had in my ministry. When, when, demons shows up I don’t have to
pray all night. I don’t have to go on a forty day fast!! But, when I begin to
use the name of Jesus!! At that name!! Every demon became subject to the
name of Jesus.
You know the church needs to begin to realize who they are. The church
needs to begin to exercise who they are. The church needs to realize who
the church is.

20. Chapter Three
Prophetic Enactments & Signs
Oh my God!! Ok!! “And these signs shall follow them that believe. In my
name they shall cast out devils. They shall speak in new tongues. They
shall take up serpents and if they drink any deadly thing it will not harm
them. They shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover!”

21. Prophetic Words Will Be Spoken: Finances
These are a few things that the church is going to do. The church is going to
manifest itself and bring forth a word, a prophetic word, that will bring
deliverance and bring understanding; wisdom. See! I want you to know
that are facing financial crisis it is because you have not, (Oh my God!) you
have not walked in your anointing. Now, because the world is in a financial
crisis—the church should never be in a financial crisis. I know that goes
against the grain.
I know everyone is saying, “Oh! No! No!” But, see if we are the Body of
Christ we need to manifest Christ even in the natural level, so that people
can see that despite the financial crisis of things that happening around us,
Jesus is providing and making a Way for us that we may be able to continue
to get out the gospel. You can’t do the work of God! You can’t do the work
of Jesus Christ, broke.

22. Now! I know that some people get upset when you begin to talk about
prospering in the things of God. Now, I am talking about the ignorant things
of prosperity that we compare things “Look! See how many Spiritual
things I have. I will show my Cadillac if you show me your Mercedes
Benz.” That is not prosperity. You know, um, “You need vehicles to get
around. We are not showing off things that God has given us because He
Loves us. But, we take the money and invest it back into the ministry that
more people, and more souls can be saved. Does anybody understand what I
am saying? Does anyone understand where I am coming from?”
We as a church begin to come up and be who we are, we as the church need
to manifest the fullness of God. I am not talking about somebody who can’t
make it. I am tired of people saying, “Sometimes I am up! Sometimes I
down, Brother Flowers! Sometimes I am almost doubled laying on the
ground. Well, who told you that you need to be laying on the ground?”

23. We as the church we need to rise up!! In the power of Christ we can make
it! We can be strong! We can live this life! I am telling you that you can
live the life! Ahh! It is time for holy men and holy women to come forth
and be as God called you to be!!
Holiness is Needed: Relationship Issues
I was talking to a young man the other day who said, “Brother Flowers I
know God called me to preach, but I just to have a woman on the side. I
just can’t help myself.” I said, “Brother? Is that true? We all have hope!
God has never told you to do something that you couldn’t do. That wouldn’t
be fair.” I do not know how I got into that but it is time to cut out the sin! It
is time to begin to walk in the fullness of who we are. We need to leave the
things behind that God told us to leave behind.

24. Know Who You Are in Christ:
If you ever want people to get upset! Talking about relationships!! People
just want to do what ever they want to do. I want to live with this man who
doesn’t want to be married! Why would a man want to be with another
man?? I, I know, I don’t want to get into all that. But see, that is not the
way we live. We are to live according to the Word of God. I am the Body
of Christ. I am the wife of Christ. I can live holy and righteous!! I am
without spot and wrinkle!! Oh! My God!! Is anybody catching what I am
saying? Oh!! Lord!! Hallelujah!!
Signs and Miracles Will Come
See, when we as the church …Let’s go to the Book of Matthew…When we
as a church begin to know who we are and begin to manifest the fullness of
who we are, and what we are, My God! The kingdom of God will be
manifested. See, when the kingdom of God is manifested there is miracles,

25. and there is healing. You know, everywhere that Jesus went and He begin to
preach the kingdom of God He healed!! He brought deliverance!! He raised
the dead!!
I know …let me tell you something, let me tell you something. Can I reveal
to you what God gave me years ago? People are going to the hospital and
start cleaning out hospitals. They are literally going there, because when the
doctors have pronounced them dead they are going to say, “I command you
in the name of Jesus Christ to rise up!” Why? Because the fullness of the
kingdom is being manifested.
The fullness of the church is coming forth; when the fullness of the church,
the kingdom of God is manifested. Miracles are going to happen! Oh!! I
am talking about a church, and a people, that hear the Holy Ghost! I am not
talking somebody who ‘one day’ had the Holy Ghost. I am not talking about
people who wish they had the Holy Ghost! You said, “Lay hands on them
and they shall receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.”

26. Prophetic Awakening: The Finest Hour
Oh!! We are! We are!! We are!! We are!! The church!! We need to wake
up! We need to realize who we are!! We need to, “I remember before
world war two started. Before they bombed Pearl Harbor one of the
Japanese soldiers said we shouldn’t do this. I know that the United States
doesn’t look like much. We are going to wake up a sleeping giant. We are
going to wake up something that we can’t handle.”
The church needs to wake up!! The devil is saying the church might be
asleep right now, but if this church ever wakes up!! If the church ever gets
into full commission!! If the church ever wakes up to do what the church is
supposed to do I am going to be in trouble. Ha! Ha! Oh!! Church!! Oh!
Body of Christ! Wake up!! Allow Jesus to use to once again!! Forget
about your mistakes!! Forget about the things that you couldn’t once do!!
Wake up!! Realize that is your time!! This is your final hour!! This is your
finest hour!! Oh!! My God!! God!! That brought the wife into the
chamber!!

27. And in the chamber God is manifesting His Love to the Bride. Hallelujah!!
Hallelujah!! This is our time, church!! This is our time to manifest JESUS
in the earth.

28. Closing Prayer:
So, let us!! Let us reflect Christ Jesus as we have never reflected before.
Father, in the name of Jesus we thank You for this opportunity to give a
short word and minister this Word. I pray that people will begin to realize
who they are and what they are and begin to act upon the things that You
have called them out to do. Father, no longer do we give excuses and no
longer do we lay down every chance, but we arise and begin to minister the
kingdom of God. We forever give You praise and honor. Thank God!!
