Introduction
In this sense, performance is those actions or behaviors observed in employees that are relevant to
the objectives of the organization, and can be measured in terms of the skills of each individual and
their level of contribution to the company.
In general, he believes that employees will not act the best of their ability unless they are motivated
to do so. Several researchers have found several ways to motivate people at work. However, because
humans are different from each other in terms of needs, culture, religion, etc., as well as what
motivates them also varies. Some employees are motivated by financial and other incentives and
some non-financial incentives.

Employee incentives are a way to reward and motivate the performance of your workforce.
They generally help organizations attract new and better talents and retain them.
Incentive programs are designed to attract, compromise and retain talent. Incentives
themselves are rewards and benefits used to motivate positive behaviors in your workforce.
Why it is important to improve the monetary incentive for employee
performance?
They keep your team motivated in a positive work environment, with a high level of productivity, with a
high capacity of customer service and as an example of a good reputation for your organization.
It is a way of saying thanks to you and getting you to feel that you are an important part of the company,
that your effort is worth it and that you must continue to work in the same way to achieve the objectives of
the organization.
How to improve the monetary incentive?

One of the main parts that we can see is a brief introduction of the topic “Motivating
Employees” where explains: What is it? What are the objectives? And performance including
employee behaviors. In addition to the importance of motivation in the employees of a
company and the impact it gives.
Clarifying the purpose of the project, which is to obtain information, learn and have
knowledge about the change that a company can have if its employees are motivated and how
this is something that must be taken into importance.
An important point is the question “What are the employee incentives?” In other words, these
are the way to reward employees in their workforce. They are made too attract people, engage
them and maintain their talent. In themselves, incentives are the way to motivate workers
and keep them positive and cheerful, and when they are working they don´t feel stressed and
with negative behaviors that can affect the performance of their work.
The importance of these intensives is that it keeps the team in a motivated environment, and this
helps them to have a high capacity in customer service. Also gives a good image and reputation of
the organization. If workers feels comfortable in their workplace, they come to perform well in what
they are doing and this also helps the company to reach their objectives.
Another point that is pointed out is “how to improve the monetary incentive?”. In that part we
mentioned some options to improve the monetary incentive.The main thing is to put together an
easy-to-understand plan, it must be aligned with the company's goals, have attractive benefits and
above all take into account the motivations of employees. Some examples may be: Days off and
holidays, an area or time where can relax, rewarding certain employees for the performance they
have (also this motivates others) or verbal incentives and financial gifts.

Findings
Having a good incentive program is essential to continuously and progressively maintain and improve the level of productivity and
quality of work in companies. Although experts consider that, in order to be truly effective, it is necessary to combine economic
incentives with non-monetary ones (moral rewards, promotion of the health and well-being of employees, caring for the work
environment), there is no doubt that monetary incentives have a lot of influence and high appreciation among workers.
Types of monetary incentives:something interesting that we found is the types of monetary incentives
Monetary incentives always refer to the economic amount received by the professional for their work, and there are various types:
Salary: Basic point of remuneration. It corresponds to the standard salary that an employee receives through their payroll, normally
on a monthly basis. Bonds: It is a different type of economic benefit, which normally complements the salary: annual premiums,
pension plans, loans on advantageous conditions, salary supplements, bonuses, pension plans, reimbursement of medical services or
medicines, etc.
Commissions: It is the most common type of incentives among commercials and sellers. In this case, the professional
receives a previously established percentage on each product sold or service contracted by each new client. Production
incentives. Raises are awarded based on a series of quantitative achievements: usually by units of production. These
incentives can be individual, for groups or teams or a combination of both.
Merit: Some companies give raises based on the merit (interest, worth, skills) of each employee. It should be noted that,
in order to be truly effective, incentive programs designed by companies must meet a series of requirements: combine
monetary and non-monetary incentives, be clear, specific and easy to understand by workers, and must also be beneficial
both for workers and for companies. Finally, they have to be really motivating for employees, promoting their
productivity.
