Makewaves is an international online platform that awards digital badges to recognize students' achievements and encourages social learning. Over 53,000 badges have been awarded to 26,000 students from 1,400 schools for completing challenges. Students enjoy discovering new badges and helping each other learn. The platform allows schools to share their learning and creativity through open badges.
