Productivity is a state or quality of
producing something or effectiveness
of the productive effort.
The goal of
productivity is not
to do more, but to
do less to achieve
more. It is not to
work harder but to
work more
deliberately or
smarter.

 Motivate yourself.
9-16
You never meet any deadlines, you are always behind and your work just
seems to pile up. You feel stressed and overwhelmed and ill-equipped to
accomplish all that you have to.
16-22
You have good days and bad days. You struggle at times to keep track of all
that you need to do and what you have already done. You feel under
pressure a lot of the times.
22-29
You are quite productive and accomplish what you need to, however there
are still times when you feel a bit stressed because you fall behind on some
things.
29-36
You are doing all the right things, achieving at your optimal level and taking
care of yourself.
 Accountability.
 Manage the educators but avoid
micromanagement.
 Encourage, motivate, reward and
recognise.
 Reach out to educators by seeking them
out.
 Demand realistic targets.
 Ensure that people enjoy their work.
 Provide improvement options
 Spend less time on meetings and more
time on actions.
 Provide tools and equipment to raise
productivity.

actions and decisions.
2.My manager trusts me to act independently.
3.My manager motivates and encourages me by recognising my hard
work and rewarding me for it.

achieving results.
