RE: Shawn Hughes
After training and working with Shawn Hughes as a field technician, I have developed
respect for him, as well as friendship with him. He has earned this respect by learning,
remembering and demonstrating skills necessary to complete tasks assigned to him and his
team; knowing safety comes first. He has also proven himself to be a fast learner by paying close
attention to instructors and co-workers.
He is intelligent, creative, punctual and attentive. As well as being determined, driven,
thorough, courteous and respectful.
I've come to know him as a person of integrity, who is easy to get along with. While
knowing when not to over-do it. I believe he would be of value, wheather working independently
or as a team member. Shawn Hughes would be an asset, in any setting or situation.
