Why Motivation Matters for Success
It’s hard to achieve success and feel happy in life without motivation. For instance, how can
you pass an exam if you aren’t motivated to study? Also, how can you be satisfied if you
spend all of your time focusing on external goals, such as pleasing those around you or

because it allows us to focus on the results. It’s believed that work motivation can help
improve our performance.

Motivation can help build a will to achieve something, such as losing weight or securing a
new job. When you succeed, you’ll feel more satisfied with your results, which can make
you happier.
Although success is the main reason for having motivation, happiness is also the
underlying desire. Start small to ensure that your motivational and happiness levels are

Having a motivated team member can also help boost the productivity of their colleagues.
