Brenda McCormack is named the member of the month for May 2014 for the Waterloo Boot Camp at She Fitness. Brenda has shown great consistency and dedication in her workouts over a short period of time. Her goals were to lose weight, feel better about herself, and get more fit. By making lifestyle changes like attending bootcamp regularly and improving her diet, Brenda has more energy now and feels her fitness is improving. She plans to continue her healthy lifestyle habits at She Fitness to reach her new goals.

It has been great to see how far Brenda has come in such
a short time with us at She Fitness. Her consistency and
dedication has been incredible and I know that this will
lead to more improvements in her fitness and weight loss

When did you join She FITNESS?
End of April
Why did you join She FITNESS?
Lose weight and get fit. I hadn't done proper
exercise in over a year and wanted to get into
shape.
6. What were your goals ? What did
you want to achieve?
To lose weight and feel better about myself.
How did you feel when you started?
So sore and so unfit and was unsure about returning
to the next sessions.
7. What changes did you make to live a
healthy lifestyle?
I have given up all bread, rice, potato and pasta, cut
down on alcohol intake and not drinking any beer,
obviously started with She Fitness… I try to do a
light jog on the days I don't go to bootcamp.
How do you feel now?
I have more energy, I feel I can get through the bootcamp
sessions a bit easier and that my fitness levels are
improving, feel a bit more toned but I haven't weighed
myself to see the benefits there.
8. How will you continue to support
yourself and live a healthy lifestyle?
Continue to attend She Fitness and eat healthier.
What are your new goals?
Push myself harder and continue to try to lose
weight
