It has been great to see how far Brenda has come in such
a short time with us at She Fitness. Her consistency and
dedication has been incredible and I know that this will
lead to more improvements in her fitness and weight loss
goals.
Keep up the great work, Brenda! It is a pleasure to have

When did you join She FITNESS?
End of April
Why did you join She FITNESS?
Lose weight and get fit. I hadn't done proper
exercise in over a year and wanted to get into
shape.
What were your goals ? What did
you want to achieve?
To lose weight and feel better about myself. 
 
How did you feel when you started?
So sore and so unfit and was unsure about returning
to the next sessions.
What changes did you make to live a
healthy lifestyle?
I have given up all bread, rice, potato and pasta, cut
down on alcohol intake and not drinking any beer,
obviously started with She Fitness… I try to do a
light jog on the days I don't go to bootcamp.
How do you feel now?
I have more energy, I feel I can get through the bootcamp
sessions a bit easier and that my fitness levels are
improving, feel a bit more toned but I haven't weighed
myself to see the benefits there.
How will you continue to support
yourself and live a healthy lifestyle?
Continue to attend She Fitness and eat healthier.
What are your new goals?
Push myself harder and continue to try to lose
weight
